The same production can reach a broadcast channel, YouTube, your own site and a paywall at once, at bitrates that survive Kenyan mobile networks. We plan for the connection failing, because sometimes it does — redundant paths, and a crew watching the return feed rather than only the desk.

Access services
Kenyan Sign Language, live on output.
The interpreter is in the broadcast, keyed and cut with the programme — not filmed separately and attached later. We have delivered this at national scale. Captions carry the sound of the room for viewers who cannot hear it; subtitles carry the words across languages. A broadcast in English and Kiswahili usually needs both, and they are not the same file.
Few production houses in the region can evidence this. Many procurement processes now require it.
